1. Installation space requirements.
The TWV can be installed on a ball valve, with at least 20 mm of clearance from walls and at least 120 mm from other obstructions.
(Examine an image and ensure that there is enough room in your plumbing installation to accommodate the TWV)
2. Unscrew the handle of the ball valve.
3. Take off the handle.
4. Set up adapter.
5. Utilize the template for fine-tuning the position.
6. Fix the adapter with the set screw.
7. Ensure that the slots of the TWV valve and the ball valve are aligned. Install the TWV valve on the ball valve.
8. Close the clamp by gently tightening the bolt, avoiding excessive force.
9. Turn the handle by 45 degrees and then tighten the bolt
10. Try turning the handle by 90 degrees to ensure that the valve works properly.
If the valve doesn’t work as intended, unscrew the bolt and repeat steps 4-9.
